Accommodation

The organizers of the conference have pre-selected hotels for the benefit of the participants of ASA conference. You can book these fees free of any handling charge until March 1st, 2016.

Following payment options are applicable:
a) with credit card: Payment for accommodation is to be made onsite at the hotel receptions. Credit card details will be transferred to the hotels to guarantee your reservations.
b) without credit card: Prepayment/transfer to the hotel required

Cancellation policies are up to each hotel - usually cancellation free of charge is possible 14 days prior to arrival! Cancellations have to be communicated via e-mail: congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277 17699.
